CASE-STUDY

Frankie Tan is a financial services consultant with True Assurance Pte Ltd.  Recently, he got to know a high networth client, Mr Lui,  through a business acquaintance, Mr Mani. 

 

Frankie found out from Mani that Lui recently became a Singapore Permanent Resident and he was a very rich businessman with various business interests overseas. Mani could not give you more details as he was not too familiar with Lui but he knew that Lui was interested to invest his monies of about SGD$1 million with an insurance company. 

 

When Frankie met up with Lui,  he found that Lui was rather evasive when he tried to find out a bit more about his business operations. Other than that, Lui,  appeared to be your typical High Net-Worth client, who preferred to keep his personal matters private.  He showed keenness on the investment plan and asked a fair bit about early withdrawal or surrrender charges if he made withdrawals from this plan in the future.

 

Frankie knew that if he closed this high networth case,  he would hit his Club qualification and could even take a break from work for a couple of months.
